What we collect and why
- Orders and delivery: name, email, phone, billing and shipping addresses, chosen products, order and payment status. We need these details to enter into and fulfill your purchase (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Without the required details we cannot process an order.
- Customer support: your messages, order references and relevant photos, to answer purchase-related requests and resolve claims. Contract-related support relies on Article 6(1)(b); other inquiries and security administration rely on our legitimate interests in answering requests and running a secure store (Article 6(1)(f)).
- Accounting: transaction and invoice records needed to meet applicable legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).
- Technical operation: cart sessions, login information and security logs support the shopping cart, account access and protection against misuse. Essential processing supports the service or our legitimate interest in security.
Service providers
Domeneshop hosts the store and support email. Printful receives order details needed to produce and deliver your clock, and carriers receive delivery information. Stripe handles payment details and payment-security checks; we do not store full card numbers or card security codes. Support email is forwarded to a Google Gmail inbox used by the store operator. Access to order administration is restricted to authorized people and the operator’s private administration tools.
Stripe also acts as a controller for some activities, including fraud prevention and legal compliance. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy and Printful’s Privacy Policy for their practices.
International processing
Payment, fulfillment and email providers process information in multiple countries, including outside the EEA. Our providers describe their international processing and applicable safeguards, including adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses, in their privacy and data-transfer terms. You can contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data. See Printful’s Data Processing Terms, Stripe’s Privacy Policy and Google’s data-transfer information.
Retention
Accounting records that Norwegian law requires us to retain are generally kept for five years after the end of the financial year. We keep other order and support information only as long as needed to complete your purchase, resolve inquiries or claims, and meet legal obligations. The period depends on whether an order or claim remains open and the applicable complaint or limitation period. Technical logs and backup copies are retained only as needed for security and recovery. Where no fixed period applies, we assess whether the information is still necessary for these purposes. Contact us to request deletion; information subject to a legal retention duty cannot be deleted until that duty ends.
Your rights
Contact us to request access, correction, deletion or restriction where applicable. Contract-based data handled automatically can be subject to portability rights. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Some information cannot be deleted while legal recordkeeping duties apply. You can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) or your competent supervisory authority.
Cookies and analytics
Necessary cookies and similar technologies keep your shopping cart, account, checkout and payment security working. These are used to provide the services you request. Our consent tool, Complianz, stores your cookie choices for up to 365 days and stores banner settings in your browser.
Optional analytics: with your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and shopping activity. This can include pages viewed, referral sources, device and browser information, approximate location, product interactions and purchase information such as products, order reference and value. We do not intentionally send your name, email, phone number, delivery address or payment-card details to Analytics. Google Analytics does not log or store individual IP addresses in GA4.
Analytics is based on your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). Choose Necessary only to shop without analytics, or Accept analytics to allow it. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Manage consent tab. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.
Google Analytics uses first-party cookies named _ga and _ga_* to distinguish visitors and sessions. Their default lifetime is up to two years, refreshed on later visits; browser limits may shorten this. See Google’s cookie information and Google’s Privacy Policy. Analytics information may be processed outside the EEA as described in Google’s data-transfer information above. Advertising features are not enabled in our store’s Analytics integration.
Email news (optional)
If you choose to receive news from TM Studio, we store your email address, your subscription choice, the time of that choice, and the wording you agreed to in our WordPress website. We use this information to manage your subscription and send the news you requested. Signing up is optional and is not required to create an account or place an order. You can withdraw your choice anytime under My account → Account details, or contact support@tlmstudio.eu. Withdrawing stops future newsletter sending; a record of your choice may be retained to document consent and withdrawal.
