Changing or canceling an order
Contact us as soon as possible. We will check the production status and whether a change or cancellation can still be arranged. This does not limit statutory withdrawal rights.
Change-of-mind returns
We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges because you change your mind, select the wrong design or frame finish, or no longer want the item. This policy does not affect any statutory withdrawal, cancellation or other consumer rights that apply to your purchase. Where applicable law gives you a right to return an item, we will honor that right.
Statutory withdrawal rights
If Norwegian or EEA withdrawal rules apply, notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods and return them within 14 days after your notice. You do not have to use a specific form or obtain permission to exercise that right. Ask us for return instructions so the goods reach the correct address.
For a valid change-of-mind withdrawal, you pay the direct cost of return shipping where legally applicable and disclosed before purchase. We refund eligible payments, including standard outward delivery costs, within 14 days of your notice; we can wait for the returned goods or proof of return where permitted by law. Extra charges for a more expensive shipping method need not be refunded. You may be responsible for handling-related loss of value beyond a reasonable inspection.
Made to order does not automatically mean personalized. Selecting a standard clock design and frame finish does not by itself remove withdrawal rights. Mandatory rights in your country remain unaffected.
Damage, defects and missing deliveries
Please contact us promptly with details and, for visible issues, photos. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law. The time limit our production partner gives us to report a problem does not shorten your statutory rights against us. Do not send a return directly to a production facility without the correct instructions.

After sending your return, email support@tlmstudio.eu with your order number, the shipping carrier’s name, and the tracking number so we can follow the parcel. If your service does not provide tracking, send your proof of posting instead. Keep your shipping receipt until the return has been resolved.
For a return under your statutory right of withdrawal, you pay the direct return-shipping costs. Returns are sent to Norway, including when your order was delivered in another country.

Include your order number inside the parcel and pack the clock securely. Keep proof of posting. For international returns, identify the shipment as Returned goods — customer return on the customs declaration and include the original order reference. Follow the carrier’s instructions and declare the contents and value accurately; do not mark the parcel as a gift. Return labeling does not itself guarantee exemption from customs charges.
If the clock is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact support@tlmstudio.eu before sending it back so we can arrange the appropriate remedy and any necessary return. You do not bear necessary return costs for a valid defect claim where applicable consumer law requires us to cover them.
